Cocoa Brown Instant Bronzing Gel Review

It goes without saying that us girls love to be constantly bronzed and beautiful, but unfortunately the cold Irish weather can turn tanning into a bit of a chore.

Typically I am a fan of build up tans, with my favourite being 'Cocoa Brown 1 hour Tan Moose Dark'.

My usual routine would be to apply the first layer of tan on Thursday evening and the second layer the following day, with the result being a beautiful deep yet natural looking tan.

Sometimes however tanning twice a week just does not fit into my routine, especially during the winter months when all I want to do is hop straight into my pj's as soon as I get out of the shower.

This is where Marissa Carter's latest offering comes into play.

There is no waiting time for the tan to develop. The colour you see is the colour you get.

It is so easy to blend, meaning if you apply a little too much it is not going to end up a tanning disaster.

There is absolutely no drying time, I usually give myself a minute or two and I am ready to put on my outfit.

It is available in both matte and shimmer versions, my favourite being the matte.

The colour is buildable and I often put on two layers one after another to achieve a deeper tan.

It washes off instantly so it is perfect for one night events and special occasions.

In my opinion it has lived up to the standards of Cocoa Brown's former tanning products.

It retails at around €6.99 and with 150ml of product it will last a long time as a little goes a long way.
