2016 was a big year for beauty. With so many new brands and products on the market we beauty lovers were spoiled for choice. Here is a rundown of the products I could not live without in the past year... Foundation It will come as no surprise that I did not find any foundation to replace my trusty Estee Lauder Double Wear this year. Believe me I have been searching for an alternative for years now but I always go back to this full coverage, flawless foundation. At €40 it isn't exactly cheap but in this case you get what you pay for. Lip Product 2016 was without a doubt the year of the liquid lipstick and I certainly found myself following this trend. With glossy lips a thing of the past I stocked up on many different shades & brands of "matte liquid lips". Without a doubt this seasons biggest trend has been the bomber jacket and with so many different styles to choose from you will find yourself wanting a lot more than you need. Whether you want to invest in an expensive one or you're more of a throw away fashion type of girl you won't find it hard to come across a style you like and that suits your budget. A great place to start is Zara. This outfit I wore was based around my Zara bomber and I just loved the way it turned out...casual, comfortable and on trend. Here are the details: This is my beloved bomber. It has gone into sale for €20 but if you don't manage to pick it up don't worry as there are plenty more like it on the highstreet.  I paired it with a black all in one as I wanted my jacket to be the statement piece of my outfit. On Sunday I had the pleasure of attending The Art of Nima workshop in the fabulous setting of The CityWest hotel. Here are my outfit of the day details: I picked up this bodysuit in Penneys for only €6. The fabric is so soft and stretchy that even after indulging in the fabulous Jens Couture cupcakes I still felt comfortable for the rest of the day. This bodysuit and many others are available to purchase in Penneys now. I decided to pair my bodysuit with a black jersey maxi skirt. I think everyone should have one of these in their wardrobe as it is a staple item that can be worn throughout the year during day or night.
